Description
This position is responsible for providing operational and technical support for refinery Business LAN Desktop & Server environments. The successful candidate must understand business requirements and translate these requirements into solutions. The position must work collaboratively with multi -disciplinary workgroups to seek solutions to problems, and champion compliance & change efforts which result in improved reliability & security of infrastructure services.
o This position provides hardware and infrastructure support for customers
o Primary responsibilities include Service Desk support/tickets, direct customer support, and on-going technology maintenance as assigned.
o Work scope includes: Workstation and related software, connectivity, server, backup, security, and other equipment-based IT support.
Installs, maintains, and supports most Field IT technology other than business software administration.
Includes desktop and laptop computer hardware: Microsoft operating system software and configuration; application software installation/deployment;
Troubleshoots networked and stand-alone printers/copiers/scanners multi-function devices; remote access technology; network switched Ethernet cabling; audio visual equipment; end-user telecom devices such as telephones, cell phones and radios; server computer hardware; server operating system software and configuration; system administration for a single or multiple active directory organizational unites.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
