Data Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support Finance and Sales Operations through reporting, analytics, and insights. This role works closely with Finance on a daily basis-translating business questions and reporting ideas into accurate, scalable data solutions.

You will identify where data lives within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 / DFO), develop SQL queries, and deliver reports and dashboards-primarily in Power BI-that support financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or forecasting


• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 / DFO), particularly financial data


• Strong Power BI experience building reports and dashboards


• Advanced SQL skills (writing, optimizing, and maintaining complex queries)


• Experience analyzing and validating financial and operational data


• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy


• Ability to communicate effectively with Finance and business stakeholders


• Bachelor's degree


• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office tools

DESIRED SKILLS

• Sales Operations experience


• Experience building and maintaining recurring reporting packages


• DevOps / CI-CD exposure for BI or data assets


• SAP experience in addition to D365


• Ad hoc analysis for key initiatives


• Experience optimizing and consolidating existing reports and dashboards
