Role -Senior AI / LLM Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking Senior AI / LLM Engineers with strong experience in building, deploying, and optimizing production-grade AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.

The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience integrating LLM-based applications with enterprise systems and APIs, developing tool-calling frameworks, and designing conversational AI experiences.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI solutions.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM solutions with enterprise applications, platforms, and APIs.
• Strong experience developing and maintaining LLM tool-calling frameworks, including integration between LLMs and external APIs/services.
• 3+ years of experience designing effective prompt strategies and conversation management frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience implementing, evaluating, and tuning conversational AI responses.
