Location: Hybrid in Pittsburgh, PA preferred (open to 100% remote)

Interview: Glider Assessment; 2 rounds; Offer

 Looking for a Full Stack Java Developer with Angular and Vibe Coding (Windsurf, Q Developer, Copilot, etc…). Azure is preferred (May accept AWS in place of Azure)

Job Description:

Core Skillset + Must Haves

• Extreme preference for local to Pittsburgh candidates. Wants to be able to convert a good amount – so looking for a mix of US
• Is open to some options being remote/must be the right type of candidate, along with visa candidates (must be working on US Soil though). For those non-local and/or on Visas, this work will end in 6 months
• Only wants to talk to people with AI experience - personal or professional - using/building/working with agentic coding solutions
• They are set on Windsurf - cloud sonnet 4-5 is the latest LLM
• Working with some sort of AI (even not Windsurf) must be present in these people – could be Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Q Developer, etc…
• Full stack java/angular devs – more app specs below

Application Definition

• New application in Azure (AKS), small oracle DB, Angular front-end.
• No more than 10 users - analytics reporting
• High volume data processing w/Fault Tolerance
• No more than 10-minute RPO, 1 hour RTO
• Multi-region in Azure.
• Caching
• Very reliable input delivery - persistent object stores.
• Orchestrating service calls between a client and partner organization.
• Business logic is not terribly complex - just a ledger/recordkeeping, confidential data set.
• Java/SpringBoot/Angular
• Caching in Azure Blob, moving to Kafka / Redis.
