Your New Role

• Perform commercial HVAC service and maintenance in Tampa, Florida and surrounding areas

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and HVAC/R systems including rooftop units, split systems, and refrigeration units

• Service ductwork, electrical components, and control systems

• Troubleshoot airflow, refrigerant, and electrical issues with precision

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics

• Communicate clearly with customers about system performance and recommended solutions

• Complete accurate service reports and documentation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle

• Follow all HVAC safety standards and compliance regulations

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC or HVAC/R service experience

• EPA Certification Type II or Universal

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics

• Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment

• Valid driver?s license

• Willingness to complete written and verbal trade assessments

• Experience servicing HVAC systems in restaurant and medical environments preferred
