Junior SharePoint Administrator

Looking for 2 in the US, 2 in the UK, and 2 in Aus or atleast supporting those hours

Key Skills Required:

• SharePoint Online administration (sites, libraries, permissions)
• Basic exposure to SharePoint On-Prem (2016/2019 preferred)
• Microsoft Teams administration (teams, channels, meetings, access)
• Microsoft 365 / Entra ID user and group management
• OneDrive for Business troubleshooting (sync issues, access)
• Basic PowerShell (running scripts, simple commands)

Responsibilities:

• Support users with SharePoint and Teams access issues
• Assist with site creation, permissions management, and governance
• Troubleshoot OneDrive sync and document management issues
• Provision Teams, channels, and manage memberships
• Run PowerShell scripts for health checks and basic automation
• Maintain documentation and assist senior admins with escalations

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Power Automate
• Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-900 / MS-700 / PL-900)

Please ensure candidates have strong troubleshooting skills, good communication, and a willingness to learn Microsoft 365 administration.
