Job Title: Full stack Software Engineer with IAM Duration: 12+ Months contract with extension Location: Culver City, CA (Onsite on every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) About the Role We are seeking a Fu Full stack Software Engineer with IAM with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and secure systems integration to join our Services Technology Organization. This role focuses on building and deploying AI-powered solutions that connect enterprise systems securely and efficiently. You will architect backend services that integrate AI capabilities across complex infrastructure environments-ensuring scalability, reliability, and strong authentication throughout.
This is not an AI/ML engineering role - it's a secure systems integration position supporting enterprise AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement secure integration patterns between enterprise systems and AI services.
- Connect internal tools, third-party APIs, CRMs, and data platforms with AI capabilities.
- Manage system-to-system authentication and authorization flows for AI calls.
- Build microservices and REST/Graph APIs to enable seamless interoperability.
- Deploy and optimize AI services running on Kubernetes.
- Integrate AI functionalities into existing infrastructure to enhance information discovery and user experience.
- Partner with cross-functional engineering, data, and operations teams to align on architecture and integration goals.
- Navigate ambiguity while working within a large-scale enterprise ecosystem.
- Drive implementation of secure, compliant, and scalable backend systems.
- Programming: Python (primary), Java (secondary), JavaScript
- IAM & Security: OAuth, system-to-system authentication, multi-system permission management
- Infrastructure: Kubernetes (required), GitHub CI/CD (configuration-level experience)
- Backend: REST/Graph APIs, microservices architecture, database integration.
- 5-10+ years of backend engineering experience in large-scale or enterprise environments
- Proven success integrating multiple systems securely and efficiently
- Comfortable working autonomously in cross-functional settings
