FULLTIME with Hexaware
Summary
Experienced SumTotal specialist to configure, support, and maintain the SumTotal HCM/LMS platform, including content management, integrations, reporting, and migrations to Workday. Seeking a SumTotal consultant who can perform a comprehensive analysis of the current system and provide strategic recommendations to facilitate the migration. This engagement is anticipated to last 4 6 weeks, preferably onsite (offshore is a secondary option). The consultant s contribution will be key to developing a comprehensive proposal for a broader Workday Learning migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer SumTotal configurations, users, roles, and security
- Analyze current SumTotal implementation; produce gap analysis and strategic migration recommendations for Workday Learning
- Lead or support migration activities (data mapping, extraction, validation, reconciliation) and assist in proposal development for the broader project
- Manage learning content (SCORM/xAPI), catalogs, enrollments, and curricula
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards; perform data validations and remediation
- Implement and support integrations (SSO/SAML, LDAP/AD, REST/SOAP APIs)
- Troubleshoot issues, coordinate upgrades, and liaise with vendors; create documentation and provide training
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years SumTotal or enterprise LMS administration experience
- Practical experience with Workday migration or integration projects and producing migration recommendations
- Hands-on knowledge of SCORM/xAPI, SQL for reporting, and SSO/API integrations
- Willingness and availability for a 4 6 week engagement, preferably onsite
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and consulting skills
Preferred
- SumTotal and/or Workday certifications
- Experience with middleware/ETL tools and prior consulting engagements for LMS migrations
