Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Senior Full Stack Application Developer to support a team focused on enterprise application development and modernization initiatives.
This role is ideal for a senior developer who enjoys working across modern front-end and back-end technologies, collaborating closely with business and technical teams, and contributing to enterprise-level application solutions in a highly collaborative environment.
Hybrid- 3 days/week onsite.
What You’ll Do
• Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, and implement complex enterprise applications
• Develop scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern web technologies
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements
• Participate in daily Agile team meetings to discuss progress, priorities, and blockers
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and application integrations
• Support application enhancements, issue resolution, and post-implementation activities
• Create and maintain technical specifications, workflows, and supporting documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues in fast-paced environments
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members
• Ensure solutions align with architectural standards, security requirements, and business objectives
• Participate in design discussions, coding activities, and project-related meetings
What You’ll Need
• 6+ years of application development or systems testing experience
• Strong experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks including React, Angular, or Vue
• Strong HTML5 and CSS3 experience
• Experience with Java and Node.js
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative Agile environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to assess technical requirements, risks, and solution alternatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent experience
