We're growing rapidly and are looking for a change management lead responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into actionable requirements.

How You'll Make an Impact:
Roles and Responsibilities: Partner with colleagues on projects and programmes as a experienced change practitioner to:-
Build or help build change management plans and manage delivery against these plans
Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
Share knowledge and create an environment where members feel motivated, engaged, connected, able to perform to high levels and to grow and develop in their roles
Run one or more change workstreams for IT Programme and Project Managers
Drive business value and business outcomes through measurable change management, for both traditional and Agile deliveries.
Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of Shell's business
Equip the business with the skills to better manage and sustain change
