Retail Crew member

• Provide friendly, professional, and engaging customer service to guests.
• Assist with daily restocking of merchandise, beverages, and retail supplies.
• Receive, unpack, organize, and process incoming inventory according to established procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and accurate stockroom areas.
• Monitor sales floor inventory and communicate replenishment needs to leadership.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including restocking, recovery, cleaning, and securing merchandise.
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately process customer transactions using cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
• Assist guests with general information and help create a welcoming and engaging environment.
• Support guest flow and queuing as needed.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including emergency procedures.
• Maintain a strong focus on workplace and guest safety.
• Lift and transport inventory weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and support other operational needs as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, attractions, food & beverage, customer service, or another fast-paced service environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proactive, positive, and engaging personality.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to learn and follow safety and operational procedures.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Interest in entertainment, movies, television, or pop culture.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and think creatively.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
