Responsibilities
  • Applies process development, process engineering, and experiences to develop creative solutions to problems with a long term strategic and client and employee focus.
  • Supports programs and lead projects with focus on core business processes to deliver results aligned to strategic objectives - improved client and/or employee experience, value attainment - expense and revenue.
  • Engages with key stakeholders to evaluate and implement new technologies and processes that drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Creates and maintains all documents used to evaluate existing processes and design of recommendations.
  • Utilizes tools to evaluate and identify process capability and opportunity through a variety of methods such as process mapping or mining; and communicates the capability to key stakeholders to develop operating and process/formulation specifications.
  • Utilizes technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts to deliver: mature monitoring, improved resiliency, and high availability.
  • Collaborates within Next Gen Enterprise Transformation and other cross-functional teams to create an atmosphere of openness and inclusiveness to deliver expected results and value.
  • Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
  • Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key's clients and Key.

Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Operational Excellence (preferred)

Experience Qualifications
  • 5+ years Business or Systems Analysts and/or Process Engineer (required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate and develop influential relationships at multiple levels within an organization, and lead in a positive and collaborative manner (required)
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills (required)
  • Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures (required)
  • High-level knowledge of process engineering software systems (required)
  • Analytical thinker (required)
  • Ability to facilitate cross functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues, support multiple projects and meet deadlines and ensure others to meet deadlines with minimal oversight (required)
  • Process Management - process mining, design and/or data analysis (preferred)
  • Agile or Lean Six Sigma approaches, frameworks, delivery experience (preferred)
  • Experience with working in Information Technology (preferred)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $61,000.00 - $94,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
