AI Technical Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on AI Technical Lead to design, build, and scale AI/ML solutions. This role requires a balance of deep technical expertise, architecture ownership, and team leadership, with active involvement in coding, model customization, and deployment.

Responsibilities 

• Design endtoend architecture for AI applications: data ingestion, retrieval, orchestration of language models and agents, APIs, and integration with existing systems.
• Build production chatbots, copilots, and workflow agents that use language models plus internal tools/APIs to complete tasks.
• Implement RAG pipelines, including document preprocessing, chunking, embeddings, and vector-based or hybrid retrieval over internal data.
• Develop and refine prompts (system messages, examples, toolcalling instructions) and multi-step agent flows for specific business use cases.
• Expose AI capabilities through secure, reliable backend services and integrate them with web applications, internal portals, or messaging platforms.
• Evaluate and monitor AI systems and iterate based on metrics and user feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers and domain experts to define use cases and deliver measurable business impact.

Required qualifications

• 10–15+ years of software engineering experience, including 2–3+ years building production LLM/GenAI applications.
• Strong Java/ and backend engineering skills; experience designing, implementing, and operating APIs or microservices in production environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating large language models via APIs and building applications that combine them with enterprise data and tools.
• Practical experience designing and implementing RAG systems and agentic workflows to automate knowledge-intensive or operational processes.
• Experience deploying and operating AI services on at least one major cloud platform (such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and to lead technical decisions for AI solutions
