Position: Technical Delivery Manager With heavy financial someone worked with big 4 financials
Location: NYC, NY(Preferred Locals or Nearby only) – Hybrid Position
Duration: 12 Months
Mode of Interview: Face to Face Must for Final Round.
Must have BFS background any one with prior investment backing or trading background experience is preferred.
Must have business delivery exposure and good he could be on managing that front.
The Technology Delivery Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery, governance, and reporting of multiple projects in the Investment Management Technology organization.
This key resource will interact with business partners and cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget, initial assignment would be around establishing a standardized and streamlined end to end process and data management around Fund / Product Launches for marketing and extend it to cross MSIM platform for fund lifecycle.
Prior experience leading business and technology transformation in global financial institutions required.
Expertise in Investment Management and/or Alternative Investments (client types, products, lifecycle, processes, systems) is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to influence a wide range of audiences.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate or graduate degree in a business and technology-relevant field.
10+ years of leading business and technology transformation in global financial institutions; expertise in Investment Management and/or Alternative Investments (client types, products, lifecycle, processes, systems) is
Preferred.
Experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including Agile project work.
Demonstrates clear understanding of the drivers of performance and decision making to maximize results.
Strategic thinker with proven ability to operationalize the strategy and problem-solve.
Hands-on expertise with data dictionary, data lineage, and data governance a plus.
Project Management certification preferred.
