We are working with a well-established enterprise organization in the greater Philadelphia area that is seeking a Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Manager to join their team full-time, 4 days per week onsite in Wayne, PA. This role sits at the intersection of Systems Engineering, AWS Cloud, and Networking, overseeing a modern hybrid infrastructure environment while coordinating multiple third-party technology vendors. You'll play a key role in ensuring stability, scalability, and security across the organization's core platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong background in Systems Engineering and Infrastructure Operations
Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, networking, security concepts)
Solid understanding of enterprise networking (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs)
Experience managing and overseeing third-party vendors and MSPs
Knowledge of infrastructure security and compliance best practices
Windows Server and/or Linux administration experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Skills & Experience
AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps, or similar)
Experience working in a hybrid cloud/on-prem environment
Familiarity with security frameworks and audits (ISO, NIST, SOC, etc.)
Experience aligning infrastructure with parent or holding company standards
Exposure to automation or infrastructure-as-code tools
