- This is a techno-functional Operations Support role specializing in diagnosing, triaging and resolving production incidents.
- R esponsible for triaging incoming issues to determine severity, reproducing bugs, performing root cause analysis (RCA) using tools like log analysis or database queries, and often providing workarounds or permanent fixes.
- Serves as a bridge between technical teams and end users.
- Assist in resolving production support problems.
- Develop and suggest alternative approaches to resolving problems.
- Gather information from the system, analyze program and time requirements, and prepare documentation to change existing programs.
- Debug codebase and SQL stored procedures to troubleshoot reported issues with existing programs.
- Collaborate with a variety of internal product teams to address and define reported issues.
- Create and assign service request tickets to the appropriate team in response to customer needs.
- Manage automated jobs and configuration files on remote servers in sync with deployments
- Conduct UAT, create test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs.
- Create appropriate documentation in work assignments such as meeting notes, program code, and any technical documentation.
- Conduct quality assurance activities such as peer reviews.
What we're looking for - 6+ years of experience with applications/web development, programming, and debugging and troubleshooting issues in a .NET C# enviornment.
- Experience with the following:
- Writing queries to analyze data and debug stored procedures in MS SQL Server
- .Net framework
- Javascript
- .Net Entity Framework and deployment procedures for web solutions
- Rest API and SOAP services build and deployment
- RabbitMQ
- Sharepoint
- Service Now
- Web application hosting in Microsoft IIS
- web APIs
- Troubleshooting API-based applications

The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
