Worked on BI Automation projects or Development projects as a Business Analys.
Notice Period – Immediate Joiner/ 2 Weeks.
Location – Newton MA (Hybrid) EST Hours.
Long term contract

JD:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The BA will act as a bridge between stakeholders, business units, and technical teams, analyzing business processes and translating needs into clear requirements to drive solutions that meet organizational goals.
 
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
•         Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
•         Document functional and non-functional requirements.
•         Conduct feasibility studies and gap analysis.
Process Improvement:
•         Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization.
•         Recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Collaboration:
•         Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams.
•         Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
Project Management Support:
•         Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
•         Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.
Testing and Validation:
•         Support quality assurance by reviewing test plans and ensuring requirements are met.
•         Validate solutions through testing and user acceptance.
