**Position Summary:**
Join our fast-growing IT department as an IT Solutions Analyst / Project Delivery Lead, responsible for both business and technical analysis (~60%) and leading technology-driven project execution (~40%). This vital role offers the unique chance to contribute to critical digital initiatives in a high-energy, collaborative setting focused on effective stakeholder engagement and innovation.
You’ll coordinate the end-to-end execution of technology projects from requirements gathering through go-live, acting as the bridge between business objectives and technical development. This includes facilitating cross-departmental discussions, mapping requirements to technical solutions, creating project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining project documentation. Your strong analytical skills will be essential in performing data investigations, evaluating system modifications, and troubleshooting issues with a structured approach. You’ll also support user acceptance testing, ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards, and provide clear, timely updates to team members and leadership. Success in this role demands adaptability, multi-tasking, and a strong focus on results.
**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or similar
- 3+ years’ experience in IT analysis and project coordination/leadership, preferably within regulated industries
- Deep understanding of software development best practices (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid), application lifecycle management, and requirements management
- Demonstrated skill in translating business challenges into technical solutions, assessing data and process flows, and problem resolution
- Superior analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities, with a knack for managing several projects or workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to facilitate discussions/requirements elaboration and align across technical and non-technical teams
- Diligence in maintaining project records, tracking deliverables, and ensuring accuracy despite tight deadlines
- Experience in pharma, contract research organizations (CROs), clinical data management, or regulated healthcare IT is highly desirable
**Technical Competencies:**
- Proficient with SDLC principles, computer systems validation, cloud/SaaS, data integration (esp. ETL processes), and digital workflow tools
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and databases/SQL
- Strong analytical mindset – skilled in solution evaluation, process mapping, and root cause analysis
- Experience with collaboration/project management software (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet) is preferred
