Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.

Responsibilities:

Partner with business stakeholders and intake teams to gather and translate use cases into data requirements

Work closely with data engineering, governance, and architecture teams to move work through the delivery lifecycle

Support backlog management, sprint/release planning, and prioritization

Monitor data pipelines and platform performance, flagging inefficiencies and recommending improvements

Track data platform usage and adoption, identifying areas for optimization or increased value

Help coordinate cross-team dependencies and unblock delivery issues

Maintain and improve documentation (data definitions, process flows, user guides)

Assist in establishing operational cadence (status tracking, reporting, KPIs)

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or data delivery

Worked in a data environment (Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, etc.-doesn't need to build, but must understand)

Can translate between:

Business: "this report is wrong"

Tech: "pipeline latency + bad source mapping"

Comfortable operating in Agile/backlog-driven environments

Strong organizational skills-this role lives or dies on follow-through

Ability to ask questions and push for clarity

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to data governance or data quality concepts

Experience supporting enterprise data platforms/data lakes

Basic understanding of pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data flows

Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $125,000 or the hourly equivalent.
