Role Overview
The AI Solution Designer translates business problems into practical, scalable AI solutions.
This role is highly collaborative and focuses on solution blueprints, feasibility, and alignment with state systems.
Core Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from state agencies
- Design AI/ML solutions aligned with program goals
- Create:
- Solution architecture diagrams
- Data flow designs
- Integration strategies
- Conduct:
- Feasibility studies
- Tool/platform evaluations
- Ensure alignment with:
- Existing IT ecosystem
- Security & compliance standards
- Work closely with:
- Architects
- ML Engineers
- Business stakeholders
Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of:
- Machine Learning lifecycle
- Data engineering pipelines
- APIs & system integrations
- Experience with:
- Cloud AI services (AWS/Azure AI)
- Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to create:
- Technical documentation
- Solution design artifacts
Domain / Government Experience
- Prior work with:
- State or Public Sector clients
- Familiarity with:
- Legacy system integration (very important in state projects)
- Data governance & compliance
