Pharmacy Technician

Fulltime onsite role.

Note: Shift Hours: 8-5 pm CST (Occasional after-hours and Saturday shifts required)

Key Responsibilitie & Required Qualifications::

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Pharmacy Technician experience in retail or independent pharmacy preferred.
• Healthcare call center experience is a plus.
• CPhT certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
• Professional, friendly, and patient attitude.
• Degree or Pharmacy Technician certification preferred.
• Handle incoming customer calls and support tickets from pharmacy clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pharmacy software, insurance adjudication, and pricing.
• Provide professional and timely customer support.
• Escalate complex issues to Technical Support or Account Management teams.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Flexibility to work occasional after-hours and Saturday shifts.
