The IT Shared Services and Governance Unit (ITSSG) supports enterprise technology services, governance, and operational improvement across ITS. The unit is contributing to agentic AI and enterprise automation work, including structured evaluation of platforms, discovery and documentation of business processes, analysis of service and automation data, and development of proofs of concept. This assignment will support evidence-based platform decisions and practical agentic AI use cases that align with enterprise requirements, governance, security, and compliance expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Agentic AI and Automation Analyst Intern will work within ITSSG to support the evaluation and prototyping of agentic AI and automation solutions for ITS. The Intern will help assess platforms against enterprise requirements and use cases, analyze operational data and potential return on investment, map current processes, maintain vendor comparison matrices, and contribute to proofs of concept within a SAFe Agile delivery environment. Under the guidance of ITSSG technical and product leads, the Intern will collaborate with business process owners, platform teams, and other ITS stakeholders to produce clear evidence, prototypes, and recommendations for agentic AI initiatives.
