Job DetailsWhat You'll Be Doing:
- Defending hospitals, physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers in medical malpractice matters
- Managing cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial prep
- Working with medical experts and handling complex medical records
- Taking ownership of files while collaborating closely with senior litigators
- Participating in strategy discussions and client communications
What They're Looking For:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (NJ admission a plus but not required)
- 3-10+ years of medical malpractice defense experience
- Strong litigation fundamentals and comfort managing cases independently
- Trial or courtroom experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience in related areas (general liability, premises liability, or professional liability) is welcomed
