Job Title: Adobe Analytics / CJA Data Analyst
Contract Type / Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend or convert)
Location: Remote (preferred: MO, TX, FL, MN, IL, GA, SC, NC, AZ, MI, CA, PA, KY, OH)
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical, business-facing Data Analyst with deep expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to support digital product analytics and behavioral tracking initiatives.
This role is heavily focused on hands-on data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement—not implementation or backend analytics setup. The ideal candidate has spent the majority of their career translating data into insights, building dashboards, and presenting findings to business stakeholders to drive decision-making.

This is the team’s core analytics platform. Candidates must have direct, recent experience building and analyzing within CJA.
Candidates with primarily implementation, tagging, or backend analytics engineering experience will not be a fit.

Responsibilities
- Analyze digital engagement and health-related datasets (financial, pharmacy, claims, member data)
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports within Adobe CJA and other tools
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve digital product performance
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Validate, cleanse, and ensure integrity of data
- Partner cross-functionally with product, UX, marketing, and engineering teams
- Support and mentor junior analysts as needed
- Participate in agile ceremonies and analytics planning sessions
Candidate Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data analysis (not implementation-heavy roles)
- 5+ years of experience in digital or mobile analytics
- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe CJA (hands-on)
- Strong track record of building dashboards, analyzing data, and presenting insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Must be eligible for W-2 employment in the U.S. (no C2C or sponsorship)
