  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress across multiple interconnected projects.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using appropriate verification and control methods.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to protect program outcomes.
  • Create and maintain all required project documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports to upper management and executive leadership.

  • 2+ years of related engineering experience.
  • 6+ years of in-depth project management experience.
  • Proven history of bringing programs to completion, meeting or exceeding cost, quality, and on time delivery requirements.
  • Background in product development leading to successful product launch.
  • Experience building large engineering schedules in Smartsheet and/or MS Project
  • Experience in managing multiple projects with multiple dependencies.
  • Analytical skills to identify, analyze, and convey key insights on project health.
  • Results orientated self-starter, able to manage vision and purpose.
  • Ability to gain consensus and deal with sensitive issues in a tactful manner.
