A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring Switchboard Design Engineer in Denton, TX
As a Switchboard Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Design and develop electrical switchboards, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Produce detailed drawings, schematics, and technical specifications for switchboard systems.
- Perform system analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and efficiency of switchboard designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of switchboard systems into larger projects.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Prepare documentation and reports to support design, testing, and project requirements.
- Continuously stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements related to switchboard design.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in switchboard design and related electrical engineering work.
- Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) for creating electrical schematics and designs.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $100k to $145k per annum.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
