Mandatory Requirements

Tableau Certification is Required
Hands-on SSRS to Tableau Migration experience is Mandatory
Experience migrating legacy BI platforms from Business Objects and QlikView to Tableau
Strong experience with BI Platform Modernization and Dashboard Migration
Public Sector (State/Federal/Local Government) experience is highly preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

12+ years of IT experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
Extensive experience developing enterprise dashboards using Tableau.
Strong expertise in Tableau Cloud and Tableau Prep.
Proven experience migrating SSRS reports to Tableau dashboards.
Experience modernizing BI platforms and migrating from Business Objects and QlikView to Tableau.
Advanced SQL development and query optimization skills.
Experience with data integration, ETL, and data quality methodologies.
Strong knowledge of Oracle, DB2, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience using Python for data processing and automation.
Experience with version control tools including Git, Bitbucket, and TFS.
Experience supporting highly secure enterprise applications.
Public Sector (Federal/State/Local Government) experience preferred.
