Level 2 Data Center Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping large-scale data center operations running smoothly-supporting hardware deployments, break/fix activities, and infrastructure maintenance alongside experienced technical teams.

What You'll Be Doing- Perform rack & stack, server installations, swaps, and decommissions
- Provide break/fix support for servers, network, and storage hardware
- Run, dress, label, and document copper and fiber cabling
- Execute hardware deployments, refreshes, and lifecycle replacements
- Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and change management processes
- Log work and updates accurately in ticketing and asset-tracking systems
- Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with senior technicians and leads
- Maintain strict adherence to security, safety, and compliance policies
- Represent the organization professionally while working alongside client teams
What We're Looking For- 2+ years of experience in a data center, IT infrastructure, or technical support role
- Hands-on experience with:
- Server hardware and component replacement
- Rack & stack and structured cabling (Cat5/Cat6, fiber)
- Break/fix troubleshooting in production environments
- Comfort working in ticket-based workflows
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/cold aisle environments
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Nice to Have- Experience in enterprise or hyperscale data centers
- Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, or networking fundamentals
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent
- OSHA 10/30 or similar safety training
