Summary

This role focuses on providing front-line IT support, primarily for Windows systems, within a service desk environment. The individual will engage directly with users, resolving Tier 1 and some Tier 2 support calls, and will handle a variety of IT issues related to desktops, monitors, and printers. This position is 100% onsite, allowing for daily customer interaction and the opportunity to work with various IT systems, including O365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line IT support for Windows systems, addressing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support calls as they arise.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, monitors, and printers to ensure optimal performance for users.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory and the M365 Admin Center.
  • Assist users with Microsoft Office 365 applications, enhancing productivity and addressing common issues.
  • Utilize a ticketing system to track and manage support requests, ensuring timely resolutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in IT support with a focus on Windows systems, including troubleshooting and user support.
  • Proven ability to resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 support calls effectively and efficiently.
  • Experience with general IT support for desktops, monitors, and printers in a service desk environment.
  • Familiarity with O365 and productivity support, including common issues and resolutions.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and M365 Admin Center management.
