Job Details- Lead/coordinate projects/teams, sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that's on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resources
- Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs, budget, jobsite safety, and schedule
- Project is a $16M new build in Rustic Canyon starting in late June
- After this project is finished, other jobsites in West LA, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, and Bel Air
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor on luxury/custom home projects
- Strong drive, solid leadership/personal skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client relation skills
