We're looking for a
strong business-side Project Manager to lead complex, regulated programs within
Capital Markets. This role manages a family of projects aligned to a broader business strategy and requires confident leadership, executive communication, and hands-on program delivery experience.
Role Overview: The Project Manager will drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact business programs, working closely with cross-functional partners including Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Finance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, regulated environments and brings front-office Capital Markets exposure.
Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary liaison across matrixed teams and business partners
- Drive delivery of all program phases: business case, requirements, planning, testing, implementation, and closeout
- Participate in governance forums and report on program health, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Prepare and present executive-level updates and status reports
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts
- Execute projects using enterprise project management methodologies
- Work effectively in an agile environment (Jira / Jira Plans)
Required Experience & Skills: - Business-side Project Management experience
- Capital Markets experience - required for consideration
- Front-office exposure strongly preferred
- Experience managing regulatory or highly regulated initiatives
- Strong Excel skills (tracking, analysis, working across datasets)
- PowerPoint expertise with executive-level storytelling
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to break down complex business problems into actionable steps
