About the Role

In this contingent role, you will support large-scale software engineering initiatives that have broad organizational impact. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to analyze complex technical challenges, shape long-term engineering strategies, and guide decision-making across multiple workstreams. This assignment requires strong technical judgment, the ability to evaluate ambiguous or unprecedented problems, and a solid understanding of engineering best practices.
Responsibilities

Provide technical consultation on complex, large-scale engineering initiatives.
Review and assess multifaceted engineering challenges involving multiple variables, constraints, and unknowns.
Develop recommendations and contribute to solutions that align with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and delivery goals.
Collaborate closely with internal client teams, offering strategic insights and expert engineering guidance.
Influence planning efforts by identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience, or an equivalent combination of:
- Professional or consulting experience
- Technical training
- Military experience
- Relevant education
