Pay Range: $25.00-$29.60 Per HR

Description
This role involves implementing and facilitating training programs in a hybrid setting, working three days onsite in Pensacola, FL, or Winchester, VA. 
This is a 6-month contract position. 
The instructor will collaborate with designers to develop and test training materials, conduct sessions, and assess effectiveness without the need for specific technology expertise.
Collaborate with instructional designers to develop and test learning activities.
Conduct training sessions and monitor their effectiveness.
Investigate operational processes to create effective training solutions.
Identify and assess organizational training and development needs.
Present findings and recommendations to management.
Support branches to meet business needs.
Participate in basic tasks requiring research and review.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and facilitate assigned training programs.
Collaborate on developing training materials and guides.
Conduct and assess training sessions for effectiveness.
Investigate and recommend training solutions for operational processes.
Identify training needs and present solutions to management.

Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in training or a related field.
Strong collaboration skills with designers and team members.
Ability to assess training needs and recommend improvements.
Experience in conducting training sessions and evaluating outcomes.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
