About the Role

Google is seeking a highly collaborative and technically strong Solutions Consultant III to support strategic initiatives across partner and customer ecosystems. This role combines technical consulting, stakeholder management, and solution delivery to help drive scalable business and operational outcomes.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and external partners to solve complex business challenges, optimize workflows, and deliver impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional project coordination, planning, reporting, and execution.
• Identify operational gaps and collaborate with Engineering/Product teams to improve solution delivery.
• Develop best practices, documentation, workflows, and reusable solution content.
• Support partner engagements, business reviews, and technology adoption initiatives.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients and internal teams on technical and operational solutions.
• Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and continuous process improvements.
• Contribute to solution architecture discussions and long-term strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Customer Success, or related client-facing roles.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with systems integration or enterprise technology solutions.
• Knowledge of solution architecture and workflow optimization.
• Experience supporting enterprise clients or partner ecosystems.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud technologies, or platform solutions.
