Requirement: 
Looking for a Senior CA Gen Engineer/Architect with proven experience modernizing CA Gen (Broadcom Gen/COOL) applications and migrating legacy COBOL/mainframe systems to modern platforms.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of CA Gen (Broadcom Gen/COOL) experience

  • Strong knowledge of CA Gen runtime framework and model internals

  • Hands-on experience with CA Gen-generated COBOL code

  • Proven experience leading CA Gen migration/modernization projects

  • 5+ years of COBOL development experience

  • Experience with Java, .NET, AWS, or mainframe modernization is a plus
