Overview
In this contingent role, you will provide technical leadership and strategic guidance on complex, large-scale Software Engineering initiatives. You'll work across cross-functional teams to assess challenges, influence long-term technology direction, and ensure solutions meet engineering, security, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead consultations on high-impact engineering initiatives and long-range technical planning.
Evaluate complex, multi-dimensional technical problems, including scenarios with incomplete, abstract, or unprecedented data.
Provide expert analysis and recommendations to support resolution of sophisticated engineering challenges.
Apply deep knowledge of engineering principles, organizational policies, and compliance standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Partner closely with client stakeholders, offering strategic technical guidance and clear communication across teams.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience, demonstrated through industry roles, consulting engagements, technical training, military service, or relevant education.
