Job Description:
This senior-level advisory role at CTS requires a seasoned SAP S4 SCM Expert with a minimum of 15 years of experience to drive supply chain excellence within the Pharmaceutical industry. The selected lead will oversee the integration and optimization of Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Warehouse Management (WM), while ensuring seamless tax automation through Vertex.
The ideal candidate possesses deep domain expertise in Life Sciences, specifically regarding GxP compliance, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations, and batch management protocols. You will be responsible for leading high-level business workshops, defining global templates for "Plan-to-Produce" processes, and managing the intricate hand-offs between manufacturing and warehouse operations. Beyond core SCM modules, a strong functional understanding of Vertex O Series integration is essential for managing automated tax calculations within logistics transactions.
This position demands a leader who can navigate the complexities of a large-scale S/4HANA environment while managing stakeholder expectations at a Tier-1 consultancy level.
Candidates must be prepared for weekly travel to the client site in Pittsburgh, with all professional expenses fully reimbursed. While the role is open to non-local talent willing to travel, local Pittsburgh candidates are highly preferred to support the hybrid nature of the engagement.
