Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects from initiation through deployment and support.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software developers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support AI model deployment, monitoring, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish project management best practices, documentation standards, and reporting frameworks.
