We are currently seeking an experienced Consulting Epic Radiant & Cupid Analyst to join our dynamic Clinical Applications team. This role will be pivotal in the design, building, testing, and implementation of our clinical application systems. The successful candidate will provide critical support to our clinical users, using their deep understanding of clinical processes, documentation needs, workflows, and clinical practice standards to adapt software to meet user needs.

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Epic Radiant & Cupid Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Collaborating with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols.
2. Preparing detailed specifications encompassing clinical processes, information flow, risk and impact analysis.
3. Providing customer service, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
4. Supervising a team of 6 full-time employees and 1 contractor, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
5. Formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources within the clinical applications team.
6. Leveraging your technical expertise to solve complex issues and foster innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Epic Analyst, with a focus on the Radiant module.
2. Proven application leadership experience, with a track record of successfully overseeing complex projects from inception to completion.
3. Supervisory or management experience, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
4. Radiant Certification is required.
5. Cupid Certification is strongly desired but not required.
6. A high degree of knowledge in clinical application systems, with recognized expertise in specific areas.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze unique issues and problems without precedent and/or structure.
8. Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on supporting clinical users.
9. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clinicians and other stakeholders.
