Job Overview

Medinext Global LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with data, and the ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful business insights.

The Data Analyst will work closely with business and technical teams to collect, analyze, interpret, and visualize data to support business decisions and improve operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

• Use SQL to query and manipulate large datasets.

• Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators to identify business opportunities.

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Create recurring and ad-hoc reports for business and management teams.

• Present analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and understandable manner.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data-driven decision-making.

• Document data sources, analysis processes, and reporting requirements.

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting and analytical processes.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in SQL.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with large and complex datasets.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
