Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Network and Computer Systems Administrators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Provision, configure, monitor, and maintain Azure virtual machines, storage, networking, and other cloud resources.
- Administer VDI environments, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and support application installation and system recovery.
- Monitor resource utilization, performance, capacity, and availability while providing reports, dashboards, and trend analysis.
- Manage Azure RBAC, backups, snapshots, disaster recovery, upgrades, incidents, and cloud infrastructure changes.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6–9 years of experience in Azure infrastructure administration, cloud operations, VDI, monitoring, troubleshooting, security, and system management.

Technical Skills
|
Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, Azure Monitor, Azure VDI, Azure RBAC, PowerShell
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Cloud Infrastructure Administration, VDI Management, Incident Management, Capacity Planning, Disaster Recovery, Security & Compliance

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with backup, recovery, monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
- Experience with Tableau, SQL Server, PowerShell automation, or ITIL processes.
