Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong Salesforce customization expertise, hands-on exposure to AI/ML capabilities, and proven leadership skills to guide development teams in delivering scalable and innovative platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
Design and implement advanced customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flow, and custom integrations
Drive AI/ML initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem by leveraging Einstein AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning models to enhance platform functionality
Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews, technical coaching, and delivery oversight
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Optimize system performance, data models, and integration frameworks for efficiency and scalability
Lead deployment activities, manage technical risks, and ensure successful delivery within project timelines
Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI/ML advancements, and emerging technologies to support continuous innovation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative automation tools
Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex Salesforce implementations
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
Platform Developer II and Application Architect certifications preferred
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts with practical experience implementing AI-driven Salesforce features (Einstein Analytics, Einstein Bots, predictive models)
Solid knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
