Finance Advisor -W2 role

- W2, contract-to-perm role with preference for AZ-based candidates (no sponsorship available)

 

Job Summary:

- Serve as a financial advisor / fractional CFO for multiple client businesses
- Analyze and optimize client P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and financial performance
- Prepare and present financial forecasts, reports, and activity summaries to clients
- Manage budgeting, revenue forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Identify and recommend opportunities for profitability improvement, pricing strategies, and cost management
- Collaborate with operations and marketing advisors to drive business growth strategies
- Conduct regular financial reviews and guide clients on strategic financial decisions
- Support clients with expansion initiatives, including new markets, acquisitions, and business investments
- Requires 10+ years’ experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or financial consulting
- Strong financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience preparing financial reports and dashboards
- Excellent communication skills for explaining financial insights to business leaders
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
