We're looking for a licensed Electrical Engineer (PE) who is ready to take ownership of projects, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to meaningful, technically challenging work in a highly collaborative, in-office environment alongside a team of experienced engineers and designers.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a key contributor within our Buildings team, combining technical expertise, project ownership, and collaboration
  • Design and deliver electrical systems for complex building projects
  • Prepare project specifications, reports, and full construction document packages
  • Conduct design analyses, planning studies, and cost evaluations
  • Interpret data and apply engineering principles to develop practical, innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Perform quality control reviews to ensure technical accuracy and project excellence
  • Participate in field observations and construction phase services
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers
  • Lead or support discipline teams or small multi-disciplinary teams

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program (or equivalent experience)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local codes and regulations
  • Experience with construction document production and engineering design software
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems with innovative, practical solutions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Experience working on building systems and site-related projects
