🚀 About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Workday Financial Consultant to support a large-scale Finance transformation initiative as the organization transitions from Oracle to Workday.

This is a high-impact opportunity to help build and implement Workday Financial solutions in preparation for a July 2027 go-live. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in designing and building Workday Financial components — not just supporting existing systems.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and build of Workday Financial modules
• Partner with Finance Tech stakeholders to implement Workday financial solutions
• Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle (Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Go-Live)
• Build scalable financial processes within Workday
• Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams for knowledge transfer
• Provide subject matter expertise across the Workday Financial ecosystem

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of ERP / Financial Systems experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials
• Experience designing and building:
• Core Financials (GL, Cost Centers, Financial Accounting)
• Accounts Payable (AP) & Supplier Management
• Banking & Settlement
• Travel & Expense (T&E)
• Experience with at least one full Workday Financial implementation
• Strong understanding of finance processes and enterprise financial architecture

(Hybrid model – candidates should be able to commute to preferred locations.)
