About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Lead Python With AI Engineer to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, AI/GenAI, SQL, Agile, Django along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable Python applications and APIs.
- Implement complex user stories and provide technical guidance to developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding, security, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Explore and implement new technologies, including AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities.
- Mentor team members and contribute to Agile ceremonies.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, SQL, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and development best practices.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring developers.
- Good understanding of AI/GenAI and LLM technologies is a plus.
- Experience in banking/financial services is preferred.
