Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and other teams to identify and resolve quality-related challenges.
- Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance activities and findings.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Pay Range: $50 - $55
