Construction Supervisor – Commercial Construction

Location: Apollo Beach, FL 

Duration: 12 months, with possible extension

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and coordinating construction projects, maintenance, and outages in a power generation facility. Oversees supervisors and contractors to ensure safety, quality, cost control, and schedule compliance. Manages multiple construction contracts, manpower planning, project changes, and storm restoration activities.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of related experience or 12+ years in power plant operations or maintenance.

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.

• Experience in power plant operations or maintenance is required.

• Strong leadership, communication, contractor management, and project coordination skills.

• Knowledge of construction codes, safety programs, and quality standards.

• Ability to work in industrial environments and provide 24/7 project support.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
