The Business Analyst will partner with business process leads and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, decisions, and client needs. They are responsible for translating requirements into solution options and functional designs, assess impacts to end-to-end processes and integrations, and provide clear playback and recommendations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Agile, development, QA/testing, and business) to refine requirements, clarify application functionality, and manage expectations. Creation and maintenance of analysis deliverables such as use cases, process diagrams, prototypes/storyboards, report mockups, data conversion specifications, and detailed functional specifications. Support delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including root-cause analysis and operational efficiency improvements, and ensure requirements-to-test traceability by reviewing and validating test cases and scripts
Minimum 6 years experience in related role and responsibilities Bachelor s Degree from an accredited university; preferable in a software development discipline High level knowledge & experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ServiceNow, Databases/SQL, APIs/Technical integrations Business Analyst Certification preferred
