Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong expertise in AI-driven solutions and healthcare member establishment processes.
- The ideal candidate will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered products that enhance member onboarding, eligibility verification, enrollment, and member data management within healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered healthcare solutions focused on member establishment.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and AI teams to build intelligent automation and decision systems.
- Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders including operations, compliance, and payer teams.
- Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and data privacy policies.
- Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
- Analyze product performance, member experience metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, and predictive analytics across member management workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience in Healthcare domain (Payers, Health Plans, or Member Services)
- Strong understanding of Member Establishment, Enrollment, Eligibility, or Member Data Management
- Experience working with AI/ML driven products or data platforms
- Experience with Agile/Scrum product development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-powered workflow automation
- Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, or healthcare interoperability standards
- Experience working with AI/LLM-driven solutions
